GANGA KAVERI APARTMENT

Raj Nagar (1990)

Ganga Kaveri Apartment, the Group’s first project, is a residential complex in Raj Nagar spanning 30,400 sq.ft. A noteworthy feature is the Group’s investment in a dedicated 1.5 km sewerage line, showcasing commitment to resident comfort and setting a high standard for future projects. GULMOHAR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

Civil Lines (1995)

Gulmohar Apartment, the group’s second project, is a residential and commercial complex in Civil Lines, Nagpur. Completed in November 1995, it introduced the concept of ‘Duplex’ apartments to the city, offering spacious units exceeding 2,500 sq.ft. for 3-bedroom and over 3,000 sq.ft. for 4- bedroom apartments. The residential building stands out with open terraces for each unit, making it a unique and sought-after choice for residents.

NISHIGANDHA

Ajni Square (2000)

Nishigandha, the Group’s fourth project, is a Residential cum Commercial Complex on a 20,700 sq.ft. plot in Prashant Nagar, Ajni Square. Completed in May 2000, it surpasses expectations with meticulously planned design, elevated facilities, and ample open spaces, setting a new standard after the success of Parijaat.

Bairamji Town (2004)

MANSAROVAR TERRACES in Nagpur showcases the Group’s commitment to meticulous planning and top-notch construction.
